The CDM group has pioneered a case research and writing methodology to examine leadership decision making in times of crisis and disaster.
To date, nearly 300 crisis management case studies have been written for the project. They include cases on natural disasters, health pandemics, financial crises, military clashes, terrorist incidences and industrial accidents.
Each case is coded and entered into a database for comparative analysis.
